Thorough Pressure Washing:
Using advanced high-pressure industrial-grade equipment, our skilled team will meticulously pressure wash your membrane or rubber roof. This step ensures the removal of debris, dirt, and contaminants, creating a clean and optimal surface for coating adhesion. If necessary, we apply a rinsable primer to eliminate any aging residue, followed by a thorough roof rinsing.
Durable Urethane Base Coat & Seam Reinforcement:
Once the pressure washing is complete, we apply a specialized aluminized urethane base coat. This base coat forms a solid bond with the roof membrane, providing a strong protective layer. To reinforce the seams and prevent future issues, we meticulously overlay the base coat with a mesh fabric. This reinforcement ensures the durability and longevity of your roof. Our team utilizes Aldocoat 384 as the base coat, expertly applying it at an optimal rate of approximately 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
Weather-Resistant Silicone Top Coat:
Following the application of the urethane base coat, we apply a high-quality white silicone top coat. This top coat creates a seamless and weather-resistant barrier that effectively protects your roof from the elements. The silicone top coat forms a durable bond with the underlying urethane layer, offering exceptional longevity and performance. We utilize Aldocoat 395 as the top coat, applying it at an ideal rate of 1.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
